Huayu has pformed the spinning equipment, and pformed the equipment from "one plate, three holes" to "veneer and single hole", thus ensuring the uniformity of the product. The uniformity of the chemical fiber product means that the product is dyed and finalized.

Good market will expand capacity

"The cooperation with Donghua University began by chance, but Huayu created differentiated products, but it is inevitable."

Ceng Zhiming said that as a producer of the intermediate links of the industrial chain, Huayu needs to have differentiated products to expand its market share.

The new series of polyester monofilament products is the secret weapon for Huayu to capture the market in the future.

According to the introduction, Huayu's "three layer net cloth" product has used its own two step spinning.

"Last year, we chose to expand upstream to save money for self-sufficiency.

Now we find that there is still room for market for characteristic polyester monofilament.

Building differentiated products will not only make our downstream fabrics more competitive, but also further expand the upstream market. "

Ke Wenxin, chairman of Huayu pointed out that the polyester monofilament plant has been put into production for some time, and production capacity and sales have increased considerably.

Daily capacity reached 20 tons, 1/3 self occupied and 2/3 supplied to the market.

"At present, the two step spinning monofilament is in short supply, and the customer evaluation is very high, whether it is strength, uniformity, dyeability, or other indicators are better than those of other enterprises.

But due to capacity constraints, we still have enough to supply Jinjiang customers.

Therefore, next, we will speed up the pace of expansion.
