(Reebok International Ltd.) signed.

Nike lost the contract to Reebok in 2001.

It is said that Reebok paid $300 million to the 10 year's rights and the agreement expired at the end of the next season.

This competition is very intense. It is between Nike and Adidas (Adidas).

Adidas currently owns Reebok and Under Armour.

Nike officials say the company is negotiating with the National Football League, but can not comment on the ongoing negotiations.

Adidas is currently a clothing supplier of the National Basketball Association.

The chief executive, Herbert Hainer9, said that if someone offered a higher bid, he would accept it because losing the NFL's clothing agreement would not be a matter of life and death for the company.

If Nike wins, the industry will be unquestionably observing the reaction of the fans.
