China Textile And Garment Innovation And Entrepreneurship Competition Held In Nantong Station

    On the 27th, the 2021 "maker Silk Road, innovation and boundary setting" China Textile and garment SMEs innovation and entrepreneurship competition was held in Nantong international home textile park. Due to the epidemic situation, venues of the competition were set up in Nantong and Shanghai respectively to conduct online live roadshows with the contestants of special events.

    Nantong "design innovation" special competition is one of the four major special events. Experts and investors of China Textile Federation have selected 20 "design innovation" shortlisted projects from more than 400 registered projects to participate in Nantong special competition. In order to cope with the epidemic situation control, the Nantong special competition mode was changed from offline competition mode to online live broadcast mode, and the live broadcast platforms were set up in Nantong and Shanghai venues respectively, and the contestants participated through online live broadcast. During the competition, a number of "black technology" projects, such as intelligent wearing multi-functional rescue clothing and bionic intelligent constant temperature clothing, were dazzling.

    Design innovation has always been the soul of Nantong home textile industry. At present, Nantong international home textile park has more than 300 R & D and design institutions of various types, with more than 10000 R & D designers. The proportion of R & D teams or design rooms owned by home textile enterprises above designated scale is as high as 90%. The design innovation competition was held in Nantong, which not only recognized the innovative design ability of Nantong home textile industry, but also inspired the improvement of design innovation.
