The Group's fashion segment achieved an operating revenue of 3.507 billion yuan, and the net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 651 million yuan, with year-on-year growth of 22.35% and 64.77% respectively. Among them, the operating revenue of brand clothing was 3.061 billion yuan.
Youngor Group mainly owns the men's wear brand Youngor, the sub brand Hanp Hama Shijia, MAYOR and the outdoor brand Hart SchaffnerMarx. During the financial report period, the main brand Youngor, sub brand Han and MAYOR maintained steady growth, and HartSchaffnerMarx was also carrying out brand positioning and product series adjustment.
Based on the existing diversified brand matrix, Youngor continues to strengthen its brand strategy and explore the development path of brand internationalization and talent diversification.
In January, Youngor Fashion (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. was established to further strengthen the operation of the fashion clothing industry. A cooperation agreement was reached with the Norwegian brand Helly Hanson, which specializes in high-end outdoor clothing such as sailing and skiing, and the preliminary preparations were completed. It is planned to open and operate in domestic high-end shopping centers in the second half of the year, reaching new consumer groups with new brands and new operation modes, Create a new growth pole.
In terms of channels, we accelerated the pace of opening large stores and closing small stores, settled in places with large traffic and good locations, and accelerated the speed of closing stores with small size and poor locations. During the reporting period, 50 new stores were opened, 128 stores were closed, and the number of various outlets was 2293, down 78 from the beginning of the year; The business area is 496200 square meters.
Faced with the continuous increase of online penetration in the clothing industry, Youngor established Kuafu Technology Co., Ltd. to aggregate the advantages of multi platform development, and used new tools and models such as live broadcast to promote the high-quality development of online channels, achieving an e-commerce growth rate of 47.19%.
