This year is the first year of the 14th five year plan and the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. Looking back on history, 87 years ago, that is, in 1934, after the failure of the fifth anti encirclement and suppression campaign, the Central Red Army was forced to carry out strategic transfer. At that time, Yudu became the best choice for the Red Army to gather and start the long march because of its political popularity, excellent location, abundant products and good people.

"Political red" means that Yudu is the Red County and core County in the Central Soviet Area, and the first worker peasant armed forces, the first red base area and the first red political power in southern Jiangxi Province were born“ At that time, the Central Red Army's plan was to break through from the southwest to join the second and sixth Red Army regiments in Hunan. During the period when the red army gathered for rest and set out, Yudu people helped the Red Army to raise food, raise funds and build a floating bridge every day. At the same time, they actively raised money and food, and actively joined the army to devote all their money to the long march. From May to September of 1934, in just four months, Yudu expanded its Red Army by more than 23300 people, raising 80000 tons of grain and more than 60000 yuan for the long march; The purchase of government bonds was 819000 yuan, accounting for 17% of the total bonds.

From October 17 to 20, more than 86000 troops including the central government, the first, third, fifth, eighth and ninth regiments of the Chinese Revolutionary Army crossed the Duhe River from eight ferries and embarked on the world-famous 25000 Li Long March, from here to victory and out of a new China. Yudu also made great contributions and sacrifices to the final victory of the long march and revolution. In 1934, the number of Yudu was 343300. By 1936, the number of people who participated in the war in front of the people's Liberation Army exceeded 100000, 68000 participated in the Red Army, 17000 participated in the Long March, and only 277 were left when new China was founded. Countless revolutionary martyrs made contributions to the establishment of the Republic with their blood and life, and forged the great spirit of the long march.

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that each generation has its own long march, and each generation should take its own long march. To promote the high-quality development of clothing industry is the new long march of our garment people. On May 20, 2019, when General Secretary Xi Jinping visited the capital in person, he issued a great order to the whole Party and the people of the whole country that "now is a new Long March, we need to start again". Today, Yudu's clothing industry has the same advantages as 87 years ago, such as political popularity, excellent location, abundant products and good people.

"Political red" means that Yudu has great policy advantages and the deep love of the general secretary. The State Council has issued the "opinions on supporting the revitalization and development of old revolutionary areas in the new era", the counterpart support from the National Health Commission and the State Grain and material reserve bureau, and the targeted poverty alleviation by the Ministry of natural resources. "Excellent location" means that Yudu has a good geographical advantage, adjacent to Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay area, the Economic Zone on the west coast of the sea and the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration, and is within 500 km from Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanchang and Xiamen; Traffic extends in all directions, and expressways and railways pass through the territory; There are more than 4 million people and more than 1 million industrial workers in the 150 km radius area centered on Yudu.

"Abundant products" means that Yudu has a large land area and a good economic foundation. The agricultural production of selenium rich rice, selenium rich vegetables, selenium rich navel orange and selenium rich oil tea is large and of good quality. Modern service industries such as red tourism, research and red cultivation are developing rapidly; The county's clothing supply chain has a good foundation. Focusing on "building a strong chain, leading a chain and supplementing the chain", it has built ten public service platforms, including Industrial Research Institute, clothing school, testing center and jeans washing Industrial Park. Last year, the output value of the whole industry reached 52.5 billion yuan, 106 Enterprises above the scale, and nearly 3000 small and medium-sized enterprises, It has been rated as "China famous brand clothing manufacturing city", "top 10 characteristic industry clusters of national textile and garment industry", "national textile and garment foreign trade transformation base", "national textile industry transfer demonstration park" and "key industrial cluster of Jiangxi Province", etc., which provides a good element support for the development of clothing industry.

"People are good" means that Yudu has a large population and is industrious and honest. The labor force of the county is nearly 700000, of which more than 300000 are engaged in the clothing industry, which is supported by rich human resources. At the same time, we have set up an enterprise service hall in the park, established a "shopkeeper" service mechanism, explored and implemented the model of cadres' temporary job training in enterprises, provided "nanny style" and "mother style" services for enterprises, and was rated as "top ten counties in the province to optimize business environment".

First, we will strive to build a digital flexible supply chain base. Focusing on the goal of building an elastic supply chain base with "good technology, low cost, fast response, complete categories and excellent service", and in view of the current situation of supply chain enterprises in the county, we proposed and implemented the mode of "core factory + satellite factory" last year, and have initially completed the construction of one core factory for down products and one core factory for Niuzai, We are summarizing the digital solution of "core factory + satellite factory". When it is mature, we will comprehensively promote nearly 100 supply chain enterprises and nearly 3000 small and micro enterprises with the foundation of core factories to realize intelligent and digital upgrading, build a digital flexible supply chain base with Yudu characteristics, and provide high-quality B2B services for brand enterprises. We hope that you can give full play to the advantages of brand enterprises in production and management experience, and help to build a digital supply chain base in Yudu, put the supply chain in the capital, or leave orders in Yudu. At the same time, around the demand of high-quality manufacturing, we should jointly build the process standards and quality standards of single category, so as to explore the formation of high-quality manufacturing standards for Chinese clothing.

Second, we will strive to build a service system that matches high-quality manufacturing. Like taking good care of our own eyes, we should take good care of the industrial development environment, provide the best service for enterprises, and solve the industry pain point problem of lack of high-quality pursuit and resource support. First, do a good job in platform services. On the basis of the completion of the construction of ten platforms, the construction of order management service center, industrial Internet Service Center, human resource management service center and other platforms was launched. We will strengthen infrastructure support, build 1 million square meters of standard factory buildings every year, and help enterprises in need to go to battle with light equipment and carry machines to check in. Second, do a good job in talent service. In terms of high-end talents, we should strengthen cooperation with Beijing Institute of fashion, Wuhan Textile University, Jiangxi Institute of fashion and Jiangxi University of technology to cultivate high-level professional and technical talents. In terms of industrial workers, we should carry out school enterprise cooperation to attract junior high school graduates over 16 years old to enter the clothing industry. Through effective special training, we will carry out the hard work in all aspects of garment manufacturing, and cultivate a team of high-quality industrial workers who are smart, love clothing and have craftsmanship spirit. Third, optimize the business environment. In the supply chain finance, industry funds and other aspects to increase exploration, to provide enterprises with better financial services. On the basis of the original "shopkeeper" and "mother style" service, we should improve the temporary service of outstanding young cadres to enterprises, and lay a cadre foundation for the high-quality development of Yudu clothing. In particular, to be a good faith government, we will firmly fulfill the commitments made, policies formulated and contract terms signed.

Third, we will strive to explore the deep integration of clothing industry and long march culture. In Wei Wei's works, the long march is "the red ribbon of the earth". The long march culture is not only the IP of Yudu, but also the IP of China and the world. We will increase the mining and utilization of the long march culture, vigorously explore the deep integration of the long march culture and the clothing industry, explore more brands and products with the theme of the long march culture, and provide cultural assistance for Yudu brand to lead the new fashion of clothing. At the same time, the tourism economy activated by the long march culture and the event economy activated by sports integration will bring greater market for the development of clothing industry.
