Baoding Municipal Party committee and government will adhere to the concept of emphasizing commerce, pro business and supporting business, optimize the business environment, take the initiative to serve the front, resolve the company's withdrawal from the city and enter the park within a time limit, accelerate the capacity expansion and production of Baoding swan phase II project as soon as possible, and promote the transformation and upgrading of Baoding textile industry, improve quality and efficiency.
