In March 2020, China'S Textile And Clothing Exports Decreased By 15% Over The Same Period Last Year.

According to the latest statistics of the General Administration of Customs of China, in March 2020, the export volume of textiles and clothing was 15 billion 430 million US dollars, down 15.13% from the same period last year. Among them, exports of textiles (including textile yarns, fabrics and articles) amounted to US $8 billion 922 million, down 6.32% compared to the same period last year. Exports of garments (including garments and accessories) were US $6 billion 508 million, down 24.83% from the same period last year.

In 2020 1-3, the total export volume of textiles and clothing in China was 45 billion 265 million US dollars, down 17.70% from the same period last year. The total export volume of textiles was 22 billion 694 million US dollars, down 14.62% from the same period last year. The total export volume of garments was 22 billion 570 million US dollars, down 20.58% from the same period last year.
