After 14 years of hard work, Li Jian has rich production experience. When dealing with varieties prone to quality problems, Li Jian is always able to skillfully meet the requirements of stable, accurate and fast operation methods. He will carefully check the start-up situation, record the production data, control the temperature of the drying cylinder and the thick viscosity of the slurry, and accurately adjust the pressure of the grouting roller and other process parameters according to the production changes. After the sizing is completed, Li Jian will track the weaving situation after the weaving shaft is put on the loom, analyze the sizing problem according to the shape of yarn breakage at the stop, and adjust the subsequent process and parameters. Fourteen years of sizing experience has trained him to reach a high level that the moisture regain deviation of hand sizing is within 0.5%, and the visual sizing rate deviation of hand sizing is 0.5%.

As long as there was something wrong with him, the master would seriously tell me and demonstrate it to me again and again until I had a complete grasp of it, so my operation level also improved very quickly."
