Yuantong + HNA Conspire Fresh Cold Chain Logistics Haikou Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement
Recently, Shanghai Yuantong Dragon Investment Development (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yuantong group") and Hainan Logistics Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "HNA logistics") signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Haikou.
The two sides will deepen the cooperation in the fields of aviation logistics, product system and information sharing with the opportunity of "one belt and one road" and the construction of free trade pilot area in China (Hainan).
The cooperation agreement pointed out that Yuantong group will increase its capacity procurement for Hainan Airlines logistics, and enhance the proportion of freight pportation on domestic and international routes through matching demand between the two sides.
The two sides will also jointly introduce a combination of domestic fresh efficient express, international cross-border package, cold chain storage and distribution system.
In the field of information technology, the two sides will participate in the sharing technology project based on logistics information exchange.
Yuantong group and HNA logistics will also work closely in the field of aviation logistics, airport development and other fields in the construction of Hainan free trade area.
Yuantong group and Hainan logistics show that the two sides will give full play to their respective industries and innovation advantages, deepen their cooperative relations, and do a good job in supporting the development plan of "Internet +" and logistics upgrading so as to achieve better development of the main businesses of both sides.
