In Xu Jie's view: "the quality standard of the present down garment standard GB/T14272 is low, and there are some loopholes, so that it can be sold with high standards and low matching, so that the producers can have a loophole.

In order to urge domestic enterprises to keep improving, we must keep the international advanced level on the standard and match the well-known brands abroad.

Xu Jie introduced that the standard of "high quality down garments" released on this basis is based on GB/T17685-2016 and GB/T14272-2011 standards. On the basis of qualified products, higher requirements for feather filling, interior materials and physical and chemical indicators have been put forward, and all indexes have reached or surpassed the highest standard of international standards.

In order to make the "feather" garment more famous, the new standard will focus on the velvet, and replace the former "velvet content" with the "velvet content" to remove the low quality fly silk (velvet silk).

With "velvet content 85%" as the starting threshold of down jacket, and increased the new requirement of velvet content greater than 95%.

In addition, the requirements of "fluffy" and so on were also promoted and classified accordingly.
