Exhibition notes

1. all exhibitors, within seven working days after signing up, will import 30% of the exhibition fee (as a deposit for the booth) to the designated account of the Organizing Committee of the conference. The overdue assembly will not reserve the booth or service matters, and the balance will be paid before April 12, 2017.

Overdue payment will be regarded as an automatic abandonment of the booth.

Cancel the booth and pay the deposit in advance.

2. exhibitors confirm reading and understanding invitations and understand the exhibition situation in detail, and agree to abide by the rules and requirements of the conference.

The organizer has the right to decide on the title of the exhibition, the duration of the exhibition, the content of the exhibition, the division of the exhibition, the establishment of the special exhibition and the adjustment of other exhibitions in the same field.

3. exhibitors promise to pay the exhibitors' fees on time (no reservation of booths or service items), to ensure that no fake and shoddy products are displayed during the exhibition period, that the exhibits are in conformity with the actual exhibits, there is no infringement of intellectual property rights, no resale of the booth or other persons, and that the relevant safety and fire regulations should be complying with the general arrangement of the assembly. If these Provisions are violated, the organizing committee has the right to clear the exhibits, and the booth fees will not be refunded.

4. if the exhibitors withdraw from the exhibition halfway, the deposit will not be refunded. Besides the cost listed in this application form, other expenses (such as leasing of exhibition, water, electricity, gas, light booth construction and Exhibition pport, hoisting, travel and so on) will be borne by the exhibitors themselves.
