The Provincial Department of Finance and the provincial commerce department made clear that the policy will continue to support provincial cross border e-commerce parks and public overseas warehouses, and will supervise and evaluate the performance of the pilot projects.

With the functions of customs supervision, inspection and quarantine, warehousing and logistics, it can provide various public services such as customs clearance, warehousing, distribution and display for business enterprises; 4., the agglomeration effect is obvious.

Park entry

Up to 30 or more, of which more than 10 cross border e-commerce enterprises, more than 5 cross border e-commerce supporting service enterprises, the annual export volume of cross-border e-commerce in the park reaches more than 10 million dollars; 5., the statistical system is perfect.

The park needs to establish a sound statistical system. All enterprises in the park need to be included in the statistical monitoring system of cross border e-commerce industry in Zhejiang Province, and the statistical data should be reported according to the statistical requirements.
