Kimyu-na's correct English spelling should be Kim Yeon-A, but when the passport was processed, it was wrongly written by the operative official as Yu-na.

Kimyu-na began to practice figure skating at the age of 7. The coach looked at her great talent and suggested that her mother let her daughter continue to learn. Because of her own training, Kimyu-na's family, whose family was not well-off, was forced to let Kimyu-na sister give up figure skating. Kimyu-na went on the road of figure skating since then.
