1. understand the core issues.

Some people erroneously believe that hating a job is an incentive to motivate people to find a new job.

However, hatred also consumes the spiritual and emotional energy that can be used to better find better jobs.

This is why people who hate their jobs never seem to have done anything about it.

The core issue is not whether you hate your job, but hate yourself. It is this emotion that keeps you back.

2. change your mental lexicon.

terms

Able to create emotions and be able to describe them.

When you think, "I hate my job," your hatred will become stronger and stronger.

Words with less selective intensity can help you get out of this state, such as "I feel uncomfortable with this job" or "I feel that some parts of my work are annoying."

Increasing the vocabulary you use to describe situations does not change your situation, but it does allow you to get rid of the overly dramatic vocabulary.

3. focus on what your favorite job is.

No matter what's happening in the job, there are always some parts of your job that you like and enjoy.

List them, no matter how insignificant they seem.

See how much you can list.

Regard this as a game, a challenge.

After you list your list, copy the list to a mirror on your bathroom.

Then read this list every day before you get up and go to bed.

This will enhance your performance in your current job and make you more valuable to your current employer and future employer.

4. find a better one for you.

If there is a mismatch between what you want and what you want, and your current job is the cause of this situation, you will blame yourself for this situation (not to mention your boss and your current colleagues), and find another job.

In other parts of my book, you will find "secret twenty-four: how to find a job you dream" and "secret twenty-five: how to conduct job interviews."

You will find that if you are dissatisfied with your current situation rather than despair, these techniques will be easier to use.

Quick summary: if you hate your job,

Your hatred keeps you in a job you hate.

Reduce your hatred by re enhancing your vocabulary.

Frequent repetition of everything you like at work.

Use a better attitude to help you find a better job.
