Shao Xuechu's expectation is that he hopes to achieve the size of 2000~3000 / day by the end of the year.

Now Shao Xuechu is considering whether he can concentrate these export commodities on the FTA and complete the export tax rebate, and then send them to the foreign consumers through postal channels.

"Many domestic manufacturers are also in pition. If we can focus on export tax rebates, we can speed up their pformation, but at present, this business can not be done."

In order to save the customs declaration cost of too many goods, some small and medium sized electric providers often give up conventional trade export declaration procedures. Instead, they use commodities as personal goods and pass customs by express mail or mail, so they can not enjoy preferential treatment of export tax rebates.

In addition to the import mode, Shanghai's cross border e-commerce pilot is also preparing to launch a "general export mode" cross-border e-commerce platform.

The larger "general export mode" is more concerned. This will also provide greater convenience for small and medium sized electricity suppliers or traders to export goods to overseas consumers.

The key to the "general export mode" is to solve the problems of difficult settlement and export rebates in cross border e-commerce with express mail or mail.

Zhu Min said in an interview that the issue of trade documents recognition and export tax rebate still needs to be solved, but a preliminary framework has already been established.

In January 9th this year, the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation issued the notice on the tax policy of retail e-commerce for cross-border e-commerce, and made clear explanations on the tax policy of retail sales of e-commerce.

Shao Xuechu told reporters that he was looking forward to the opening of foreign currency business in FT (free trade) account as soon as possible.

Because of the more foreign currency settlement in the import and export business, Shao Xuechu opened an overseas settlement account in Hongkong for the convenience of collecting money. "If the FT account realizes the function of foreign currency business and is around, it will be a lot easier."

In May 22nd this year, when the central bank headquarters of Shanghai released the implementation details and Prudential Management Rules of the FTA accounting and accounting business, Zhang Xinceng, deputy director of the central bank's Shanghai headquarters, said that the FTA accounting and accounting business started from the local currency. After 6 months, the central bank and the foreign exchange bureau carried out assessments, and the conditions were ripe for foreign currency business.

At a news conference held in September 26th, Zheng Yang, director of Shanghai financial affairs office, said in response to a reporter's question, recently, the state financial management department has assessed the local currency business of the FT account of the Shanghai free trade zone.

"We want to push forward the target system of foreign currency integration."

By mid September, 10 Chinese banks had opened 4110 FT accounts.

Zheng Yang said, after monitoring, found that the flow of funds in these accounts has not become a hot money inflow and capital arbitrage pipeline, is still normal.

"The normal operation of FT accounts can be a good preparation for the next stress test of capital account liberalization."

When Li Keqiang investigated the Shanghai free trade area, some enterprises made similar expectations.

Premier Li responded that the key to the next step of opening up is to coordinate the cooperation between enterprises and banks, so that the pilot of the free trade area will really serve the real economy.

Sun Lijian said that creating a better financial environment for innovative small and micro enterprises is an important measure to improve the probability of success, and it is also necessary to further strengthen the FTA.

He suggested that the FTA should take the lead in launching the innovative small and micro enterprise bond market, while promoting private financial institutions and private banks to carry out financial business of small and micro enterprises.

Chen Bo said that enterprises should be the basis for formulating all policies and forming all innovations in the free trade area.

The reform and innovation of the FTA can only be pushed forward only when the enterprises are constantly asking questions and the government is constantly solving problems.
