2014 the tenth Uzbekistan international cotton and Textile Fair will be held on October 2014 13~14 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, heads of government of Uzbekistan, representatives from cotton and textile industries from around the world and experts will exchange views on global and Uzbek cotton supply, prices and new cotton production technologies.

In addition, the exhibition also specially arranged round table business negotiation and signing, providing a good communication platform for Wu cotton customers.

Uzbekistan is the sixth largest cotton producing country in the world and the third largest exporter of cotton.

In recent years, China's imports of cotton from Uzbekistan have been maintained at about 300 thousand tons per year, becoming the largest export destination of Ukraine, and Uzbekistan ranks fourth in China's cotton importing countries.

In order to expand the export of cotton and cotton yarn and stimulate the development of its economy, Uzbekistan has held the Uzbekistan international cotton and Textile Fair every year since 2005.

Since 2010, while organizing the international cotton and Textile Fair, the domestic textile products exhibition has also been held, so that purchasers and exhibitors from all over the world will deepen their understanding of Uzbekistan's cotton industry and expand the purchase and sale scale of Wu cotton.
