"LV" as a famous brand of luggage is a luxury for many people. However, Wu Mouqiang and Mrs Liu have produced "LV" brand packages in their leather goods factory.

The court of Shanghang County of Fujian province disclosed on 18 th that the court sentenced the defendant Liu, Wu Mouqiang, Wu Jian and Lai to be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment in three years and two months, fined 380 thousand yuan to two years' probation for three years and a fine of 80 thousand yuan.

The defendant Wu Mouqiang and Mrs Liu were founded in Shanghang county and registered in February 4, 2013 to establish a leather factory in Shanghang. Without the authorization of Louis Weedon Marley Siti (France), they organized workers in May 2013 to produce fake "Louis Weedon" brand bags which were counterfeited by the company.

Defendant

Jian is responsible for purchasing counterfeit "LV" brand raw materials and hardware accessories. The defendant Lai is responsible for organizing workers to produce fake "LV" brand bags. The processed counterfeit "LV" brand bags have been sent to Guangzhou by logistics and sold by the defendant Liu and Hu (have not been prosecuted).

In June 9, 2013 and July 31st, they were seized by the Shanghang industrial and commercial bureau and the Shanghang County Public Security Bureau. The 20 brands of the "LV" brand luggage were seized on the spot, with a total value of 1386567.5 yuan and 3692 models.

The court held that the defendant, Liu, Wu Mouqiang, Wu Moujian and Lai, was seeking illegal benefits, without the permission of the registered trademark owner, and using the same trademark as the registered trademark of another person in the same commodity, the circumstances were particularly serious, and his actions constituted the crime of counterfeiting the registered trademark, and it was a joint crime.

The defendant, Liu and Wu Mouqiang, played a major role in joint crimes. They were both principal offender and defendant.

Lai Mou plays a minor role in joint crime and is an accomplice.

In view of the fact that the four defendants could confess their criminal facts faithfully, they voluntarily pleaded guilty in court and then made the judgment in accordance with the law.
