Shanghai's "poison uniforms" have once again made the safety of students at school the focus of public attention. Zhejiang Province, where the fabrics used for "poison school uniforms" are produced, has decided to carry out a special investigation on the dyes and processes of printing and dyeing plants in the province.

Yesterday, the director of the product quality supervision and inspection department of Shaoxing Municipal Bureau of Quality Supervision told reporters that the "toxic school uniforms" detected in Shanghai cloth It did come from a printing and dyeing factory in Shaoxing, but the results of the spot check on the related products of this printing and dyeing factory were qualified.

According to him, the black sleeve cloth used in school uniforms produced by Shanghai Ouxia Fashion Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ouxia Fashion") was detected to contain biodegradable and carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes, and the toxic cloth came from Ouhong, Shaoxing County spin Product Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ouhong Textile"), but the latter is only a distribution enterprise and does not produce cloth. Instead, the cloth is dyed black by a local printing and dyeing factory and sold to Ouxia Fashion. Yesterday, the Shaoxing County Quality Supervision Bureau conducted a spot check on the relevant products of this printing and dyeing factory, and the result was qualified.

"Because it is qualified, it is not easy to deal with this printing and dyeing factory. We can only follow up further to see if there is a problem with the printing and dyeing cloth made by this factory at ordinary times, so we cannot disclose the specific name of this printing and dyeing factory to the media." Ren told reporters.

Director Ren said, "In fact, this' toxic cloth 'was produced in 2011, and now there is no sample, but the products sampled by this printing and dyeing factory are all qualified, and we will further follow up the relevant situation. Now the cause of the' toxic cloth 'is still unknown, but the problem should still be the dye."

In 2011, more than 100 meters of cloth exported to the EU by Ouhong Textile was not allowed to be returned because of its color, and then Ouhong Textile sent these cloth to the above printing and dyeing factory for dyeing again, and then sold them to Ouxia Fashion. Ouxia Fashion will make these fabrics into school uniform rims, which are tested to contain biodegradable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes.

Is it because the cloth was dyed "poisonous" twice?

country clothing Xing Engineer from the Quality Supervision and Testing Center said: "It's hard to say. If the printing and dyeing factory strips the original color and uses non-toxic dyes to color, it should not be a big problem. But if the original dye has a problem and dyeing is carried out again, chemical reaction may occur between the two dyes, which may offset toxic substances and may also aggravate."

Director Ren also believes that the two dyeing operations have caused the toxicity of the cloth, which is difficult to determine. "There may be problems with the germ cloth that Ouhong Textile brought to the printing and dyeing factory.".

According to engineer Xing, after long-term contact with human skin, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes will mix with the ingredients released during metabolism and produce a reduction reaction to form carcinogenic aromatic amine compounds. This compound is absorbed by the human body, and through a series of activation, changes in the structure and function of human cell DNA will occur, leading to human deformity or cancer. China has implemented mandatory standards since January 1, 2005, prohibiting the production, sale and import of textiles containing such dyes.

Nevertheless, some enterprises still take risks and use this banned dye. "Because this kind of banned dye is cheaper and has good coloring effect," explained engineer Xing. Engineer Xing finally told the reporter that at present, the effective way to solve the problem of using toxic dyes in such enterprises is to rely on the government to strengthen detection. Director Ren revealed that Zhejiang Province will next start a special investigation of dyes and processes of printing and dyeing plants throughout the province.

I said, we drew a pattern for the earth with our footprints. It is another spring. The seeds sprout and the wicker shoots new. The spring of recovery of everything has come quietly. Some people say that beautiful scenery comes out, so take it with you to find beautiful scenery! Use footprints to find the beautiful scenery in
