Taizhou Hengfeng International Shoes Material City under planning has about 8000 shoemaking enterprises in Taizhou. It is located in Changyang Village, Hengfeng Street, which is one of the three important shoemaking towns in Wenling City, Muyu, and north of the city. It covers an area of 14638 square meters. The first and second floors of the building are commercial buildings, and the third to thirtieth floors are commercial buildings, with a height of about 100 meters. The market positioning is to take wholesale as the axis, and drive the export, shoe design, shoe material research and other shoe manufacturing extension industries. At present, 182 shareholders of 219 shares in the first phase have raised 120 million yuan to pay land transfer fees and deed taxes.
