Zhejiang As a big market province, it is facing a series of new challenges with the rapid development of e-commerce and logistics transportation. Try to find some samples to observe how crisis conscious markets are responding. Sijiqing Clothing Market Entered the field of vision. What they are facing is that the annual turnover growth rate of professional clothing market is basically about 8.36%, while the growth rate of clothing e-commerce is about 88.7%. How do they change?

Hangzhou Sijiqing Clothing

Every day before dawn, they rush into the crowded clothing wholesale market, select goods from a large number of merchants, and finally carry a large bag of luggage. They return home exhausted physically and mentally. For many clothing buyers, Sijiqing Clothing Market may be familiar with this scene every day.

However, have you ever thought of such a scenario: if you sit at home and click the mouse, the staff of the intelligent warehouse of the clothing market will quickly search for the designated shelf in the vast shelves according to the most convenient route, take off the clothes, transport them to the packing point, quickly pack them, and send them to the logistics bus. In one day or half a day, the goods were delivered to your downstairs.

All this is thanks to the O2O (Online to Offline) online offline interactive intelligent trading mode just launched by Sijiqing Network Technology Company, a subsidiary of Sijiqing Garment Group. It has optimized the combination of physical operation and online trading, and is quietly changing the trading mode of the traditional clothing market.

Yameina - This is an old shop on the second floor of Sijiqing Old Market. The shopkeeper who gets up early every day to do business finds that although there is still a large flow of people in the market, the role of the people who come to pick up the goods has changed quietly. Different from the past, some customers take the goods and directly hang them online for sales.

There are many Sijiqing stall owners who have the same feeling with this shopkeeper. With the rapid development of e-commerce and the emergence of online brand myths such as Yuhang's "seven grid", some traditional operators who did not attach importance to or even care about e-commerce suddenly woke up.

"The annual turnover growth rate of the professional clothing market is basically about 8.36%, while the growth rate of clothing e-commerce is about 88.7%, which is basically a tenfold relationship." This is a data that Murong, CEO of Sijiqing Network Technology, showed to reporters, "The competition faced by the market is not limited to the competition within the market. The development of e-commerce has also had a significant impact on the traditional market."

In addition, one modern urban complex after another, Shopping Mall and supermarkets have sprung up in all urban areas, and international brands such as ZARA and H&M have entered, all of which have a certain impact on the traditional market share.

With the change of logistics and transportation conditions, some distant subordinate distribution markets, such as the secondary and tertiary markets, are faced with being eliminated from the market or transformed into retail market Pressure.

"After childhood and growth, Sijiqing, now in its mature stage, is almost the spokesman of the professional market. If we do not change the traditional business model similar to commercial real estate in the past, it may also enter a recession one day. So we ask ourselves: can Sijiqing's original traditional model survive in the next 20 years? This answer is not certain. So we need to do transformation and upgrading. " Murong explained.

"Annual turnover growth rate of clothing e-commerce is 88.7%"

"What's more, we need to develop online sales channels for merchants. Among merchants, online channel sales account for only about 10% of all sales, while the proportion of online channel sales may be less than 1%. We hope that small, medium and micro garment enterprises will not be affected by channels if they have more and more channels," Murong said.

"We invested a huge amount of money, invited experts and formed a team, and spent almost a year to develop a set of 'Tradelink' system tailored for small, medium and micro apparel enterprises. One of the highlights of this system is to support members to efficiently connect and manage open sales channels - after entering products into this system, members can sell in physical stores, open stores on Sijiqing Clothing Online in a one-stop manner, or upload them to Taobao Store for sales, and cooperate with JD, Paipai Tencent and other mainstream e-commerce platforms are negotiating similar channel cooperation. The orders generated on all platforms are all aggregated into this system for unified processing. As a result, when a certain amount of clothes are sold offline, the total inventory will be adjusted immediately, effectively solving the problem of frequent out of stock due to online and offline sales in the past. " Murong introduced.

Transformation and upgrading are not easy. Sijiqing, who has a history of more than 20 years and is located in the "No.1 Clothing Street in China", how can it surpass itself?

Murong opened a PPT introduction: from suppliers to manufacturers, to primary distributors, secondary distributors... to retailers, and finally to consumers, this is the most normal supply chain in the domestic clothing industry. The whole chain is very long and inefficient, which has become a pain for Chinese clothing SMEs.

"Therefore, under the background of more developed logistics, more transparent information and the pressure of the demise of the distribution market, we are committed to the flattening of channels, establishing direct links between suppliers and end retailers, and providing the most efficient and cost-effective way for buyers and sellers."

Murong, for example, took the initiative to find Sijiqing in a shopping mall in Liaoning, saying that many merchants in their shopping malls originally went to a wholesale market in Shenyang to purchase goods, nearly half of which came from Sijiqing in Hangzhou. For the same piece of clothing, it cost an average of 20-30 yuan to purchase in the wholesale market in Shenyang.

For this reason, this year, Liaoning, a shopping mall, placed an order with Sijiqing Network Technology Co., Ltd. through packaging, and signed a purchase order of 50 million yuan for more than 200 clothing operators.

A few days ago, Sijiqing organized more than 100 brands and brought more than 3000 samples to Liaoning, a shopping mall, to have zero distance contact with merchants. After the merchants there reach the purchase intention, they will directly place an order for purchase and make remote payment through Sijiqing Clothing Network. Sijiqing uses the intelligent warehouse in Jiubao to deliver goods in a unified way, which improves the purchasing efficiency of merchants.

"It is hoped that this year, in such a way of offline docking and online purchase, at least 10 to 20 regions in China where Sijiqing Clothing mainly flows will establish long-term ties," Murong said with a smile.

The most flat channel: let suppliers and retailers meet directly

Multi directional network access: "Tradelink" supports small, medium-sized and micro enterprises

In addition to the above mentioned, the online evaluation system similar to Taobao, mobile phone photos, and the magic mirror of Sijiqing Experience Center... This Sijiqing clothing wholesale network, which was born in 2002, ushered in new technological highlights after years of exploration and efforts.

It is not going to follow the 1.0 mode that is spontaneously formed and clustered by Taobao online stores like the Four Seasons Constellation; It is not just the 2.0 mode of free platform and centralized delivery like Letao Library; It is a new O2O (Online and Offline) mode integrating online and offline parallel transactions, fast payment and intelligent warehousing and delivery.

Once this model was launched, it immediately attracted the attention of peers. Many markets and shopping malls took the initiative to connect, and even some famous investment companies and financial institutions took the initiative to come to our door. "This week, the chairman of Wenzhou E-Commerce Association will come here, because many apparel enterprises in Wenzhou want to talk about cooperation with us. In addition, Dongguan in Guangdong and Zhuzhou in Hunan are also contacting us to see if we can clone this model and become strategic partners. On the other hand, shopping malls in Northeast China, Shandong, Inner Mongolia, Shenzhen, Anhui and other places like Sijiqing look at the supply of goods and the advantages of e-commerce, and are also carrying out multi-dimensional contacts. " Murong introduced.

Now, we have seen the O2O version of Sijiqing, which is grafted with the traditional clothing market. As of yesterday, the website had 2560 merchants and 130000 registered buyers.

"Our transactions are not completely online, and what we are doing offline through our channels is also included in the O2O system. Last year, we used the conversion model to achieve 340 million yuan. This year's goal is to convert the online and offline O2O model to 1 billion to 1.5 billion yuan." Murong said.

In the market with an annual turnover of more than 100 billion yuan, there are more than 50000 merchants, more than 1 million purchasing customers, an annual shipment of more than 2 billion pieces, and more than 500000 employees - this is the scale of Sijiqing's vision five years later.

"We are not a pure e-commerce enterprise. My foundation is a huge offline business flow, which others do not have. On this basis, combined with e-commerce, this is our core competitiveness. Although the overall economic situation is not good this year, many bosses said that the current profits are very low, but challenges and opportunities coexist." Murong introduced.

Efficient storage: take the lead in introducing the Internet of Things in the clothing industry

In fact, when it comes to Sijiqing, people always have a picture in mind: every day, people from all over the country who buy goods, people who run transportation, and businesses will gather here. People flow and logistics are intertwined, and packagers, contract pullers, and people who ship goods can be seen everywhere. Traffic seems to be a constant theme there.

"We have done a data survey. A buyer needs to pick up goods from at least six merchants to complete his purchase. For these six merchants, he may have to go to 60, or even more. If he can't get the goods, he will be called a contract worker, and the cost is 20 yuan an hour." Murong said.

Nowadays, it is easier and easier to find goods. In the future, as long as the purchaser holds the Sijiqing membership card and swipes the card to pay at the special POS machine or the designated cashier, the information will be automatically sent to the storage center, instead of carrying heavy packages in the market as before. The warehouse center is similar to the hospital pharmacy where you go to see a doctor every day. After seeing a doctor, you can go to the designated window to pick up the medicine, or you can go to the logistics door directly according to the address you left. If you are in a city, a province in Anhui, and have just returned to Anhui after purchasing in Hangzhou, maybe the package has already arrived.

In order to provide efficient and fast logistics and distribution capacity, they are working hard to arrange an intelligent storage center located under Jiubao, covering an area of nearly 6000 square meters, to place customers' commonly used or best-selling goods in the intelligent storage as a mobile transit warehouse.

This intelligent warehouse, through the intelligent management system, uniformly sticks RFID tags on each piece of warehoused clothing, and uses wireless tracking technology to realize the intelligent management of the whole process of warehousing, transfer, ordering, and warehousing. It is currently the pioneer of the Internet of Things application in China's clothing industry.

"If you have a large bag, you always need to open it to count each piece. If you have this label in the future, it only takes 2 seconds for the computer to read all the information, size, number of pieces... In addition, when distributing goods, your handheld device can see where the clothes you want are in the warehouse and how to take the fastest route. In addition, many merchants of Sijiqing will also get rid of the problem of disorderly delivery by logistics companies in the past. Instead, they will designate specific logistics companies to deliver goods regularly and fixedly every day. The work that originally took one or two days to complete will take only half a day to complete in the future. " Murong said.
