Shaoxing County printing and dyeing industry stereotyping waste gas rectification work has achieved remarkable results. Up to now, 1449 sets of exhaust gas treatment equipment have been installed and the installation rate is 100%.

In order to comprehensively promote the construction of ecological counties and speed up the prevention and control of air pollution, this year, Shaoxing County promulgated the "implementation plan for special rectification work of printing and dyeing machines."

According to this plan, the office of the leading group of clean air action of Shaoxing county has held several special meetings to study the implementation of installation, installation standards and cleanliness standards. It requires enterprises to collect more than 90% of exhaust gas, remove 80% of total particulate matter, and remove 75% of lampblack.

Through the special rectification of the stereotype machine waste gas in printing and dyeing industry, the relevant environmental protection work in Shaoxing county has been effectively promoted, and the ambient air quality has improved significantly.

By the end of October, the air quality in the county was 286 days, and the air quality compliance rate was 94.1%, an increase of 2.3 percentage points over the same period last year. The awareness of social responsibility and environmental awareness of printing and dyeing enterprises were significantly enhanced, and the number of complaints from the stereotype machine was significantly reduced. With the increase of environmental protection efforts, the county's dyeing and printing enterprises set up nearly 400 sets of waste gas treatment equipment for the stereotype machine, and more than 200 sets of old and backward facilities were retrofit. The total investment was more than about 40000000 yuan, not only the monthly income of the waste oil generated by the stereotype machine was nearly 500 thousand yuan, but also brought great social benefits and environmental benefits.
