China Germany Industrial Textiles Sustainable Development Forum And Exchange Conference Held
The first Sino German Forum on sustainable development of industrial textiles was held in Beijing in September 15, 2011.
The German textile and garment industry association, the German industrial textiles research and testing agency, the German key producer of industrial textiles, the end users of the German industrial textiles in China and the representatives of nearly 200 guests, including key enterprises, research institutes, testing centers and downstream users of domestic industrial textiles, attended the forum.
Xu Kunyuan, vice president of China Textile Industry Association, honorary vice president of Peter Schwartze of German textile and Garment Industry Federation, Wang Wei, deputy director of consumer goods industry department of Ministry of industry and information technology, and Dr. Hendrik Luchtmeier, Department of economic affairs of German Federal Ministry of economy and technology, delivered a speech at the meeting.

Wang Wei pointed out that at present, the Ministry of industry and information technology is preparing the "12th Five-Year" development plan for industrial textiles in conjunction with relevant departments, which will soon be promulgated and implemented, which will play a guiding role in the development of the industrial textiles industry.
He said that under the background of economic globalization and new technological revolution, the development of China's industrial textiles industry can not be separated from extensive international cooperation and pnational.

The world also needs China's consumer market and manufacturing base.
The forum, through docking and exchanges, strengthens the industrial, technological and personnel exchanges between China and Germany, and promotes mutual understanding and friendship.
