The Ministry of Finance said that fiscal revenue continued to maintain a relatively rapid growth in 2010, reflecting the further improvement of China's economic growth quality, enterprise efficiency and income collection and management.

More than 88% of the revenue comes from taxation, accounting for 7 trillion and 321 billion 79 million yuan of tax revenue and 112.6% of the budget, up 23% from the same period last year.


The non tax revenue was 989 billion 72 million yuan, 110.8% of the budgeted budget, an increase of 9.9% over 2009, accounting for 11.9% of the national public revenue, and 1.2 percentage points lower than that in 2009.

Non tax revenue included in general budget management includes special income, income from administrative and professional fees, income from confiscation, and paid use of state-owned resources.


In 2010, China's fiscal expenditure was 8 trillion and 987 billion 416 million yuan, an increase of 1 trillion and 357 billion 423 million yuan over 2009, an increase of 17.8%.
