The report points out that as the number of students increases, the consumption of all students (including universities) will rise from US $55 billion 100 million to US $68 billion 800 million.

College Students' consumption may be reduced by 3.2%, and the average consumption of each student will be reduced to $808.71.

Michael Niemira, chief economist at the ICSC, said that because of the fact that discount merchandise attracted consumers, sales of many US retailers exceeded analysts' expectations in June, but stores will receive higher returns for returning products.
