1, in order to get customers' orders, we should see clearly whether the ready-made clothes are washed or washed with fabrics. They can also be seen from the samples of the customers. The clothes washed by the clothes have obvious wrinkling phenomenon on the surface of the surface of the car's clear line, just like the side seams of the jeans we wear on ordinary occasions, there are shallow and varied fabric lines; if the fabric is washed, there is no such phenomenon.

Do not need to control, after the big goods fabric is taken, go to the water washing plant and do the washing according to the requirements, control the lathe operator's shrinkage.

2. There are several kinds of methods for washing garments.

There are general washing, asthma washing, stone washing and so on.

Get the bulk fabric samples from customers, at least five meters above the entire door width fabric.

Cut out 1.2 pieces of fabric with a width of three meters, and make a square metre of fabric on the fabric.

3, according to customer requirements, tell the washing plant's water requirements. After washing the test fabric, one will confirm the effect to the customer.

4. The fabric returned from the water washing plant must be dried and touched.

Measure the size of the car line on the fabric.

The three fabric used for testing is for the accuracy of this shrinkage rate.

Example: the longitudinal dimension (straight wire lock) length is 97%, indicating that the longitudinal shrinkage of the fabric is 3%; the pverse dimension (pverse filament length) is 92%, indicating that the pverse shrinkage of the fabric is 8%.

5, according to the pverse longitudinal shrinkage rate measured above, when making the sample, the size of the garment length should be 78 cm. When making the edition, we must do 78CM X (1+3%) =80.34 CM, and the size of the bust should be 56 centimeters, so when doing the edition, we should do 56CM X (1+8%) =60.48 CM.

6, the correct big goods fabric must be retested after being sent to the factory to avoid any mistake.

In each batch of fabric, each volume of fabric cloth is cut into 1.2 meters and the width of the whole door is re washed. If there are several larger shrinkage ratios exceeding 3~5CM, 2 or more samples must be made.

Here, we should remind again that the fabric made of washed garments must be tested repeatedly and repeatedly.

Sometimes even the same garment can be made in many different shrink versions because of the shrinkage of the fabric.

Commonly used

Shrinkage reference value:

Cotton category, 4.5 ~ 5% or so

T/C cloth, about 2%.

Jinmian, about 3%

Corduroy, around 5%

About 3 to 5%,

If the difference between the above values is large, then the fabric production process may not meet international standards.
