The State Administration For Industry And Commerce Announced Ten Typical Cases Of Counterfeiting Infringement.

Reporters learned from the State Administration of industry and Commerce today that in the special action against intellectual property rights and the manufacture and sale of fake and shoddy commodities, the national industrial and commercial system has investigated a number of major cases of infringement of foreign trade marks and well-known trademark rights and interests.

As of January 7th, 16036 cases of infringement and counterfeiting have been investigated and dealt with, including 2525 cases of infringement of well-known trademark rights and interests, 2439 cases of exclusive rights to foreign trademarks, and 242 cases of exclusive rights of geographical indications and trademarks.

Among them, 91 cases of counterfeit and shoddy goods sold on the Internet were investigated and dealt with, and 3 were pferred to judicial organs.
