Translation Service Contract Template

Party A: Mr.

Both sides have signed the translation service contract in accordance with the principles of friendly consultation and common development.

First, Party A entrusts Party B to provide translation services to them, and promptly submit to the party a clear and easily identifiable information to be translated, put forward specific requirements and supervise the translation quality of Party B.

Two. Party B To complete translation tasks on time (except for force majeure factors), provide Party A with copies of printed and electronic documents that have been translated. The date of specific delivery is agreed upon by both parties. For the urgent manuscript, the deadline for the delivery is temporarily discussed by both parties.

Three Party B shall strictly confidentiality of any information provided by Party A and shall not disclose it to the third party.

Five, Party B shall charge the translation fee to Party A at the preferential price.

Six, Party B can estimate the translation fee for Party A before the beginning of the translation. When Party A pays, Party B will pay the translation fee according to the actual workload. (the workload statistics method is found in Clause fourth of the contract).

Seven. Party B undertakes to make necessary modifications to the translation draft free of charge after collection.

Eight. Mode of payment: Party A shall pay Party B 50% of the total translation cost on the date of receipt of Party B's translation. The balance should be paid within the day after the delivery. If the remaining balance of the day is not paid, Party A will pay the total fee of translation fee for each delay one day.

Nine, Party B should ensure that the translation quality and translation service reach the fair level of the industry. If there is any dispute over the translation level of the translation, it shall be judged by the third parties jointly recognized by the two parties or directly applied for arbitration.

Ten, the contract is in two copies, each party holding one copy, which will become effective after signature by both parties.
