South Africa tailoring The National Arbitration Commission and the textile and garment Federation (Sactwu) will jointly propose that they should be punished for crimes against manufacturers who do not implement the agreement of the committee, but the relevant people in the industry believe that the wage structure of the Arbitration Commission is not realistic.
