On the 3 day, Zhang Qin, director of the Tax Service Department of the Nanchang State Taxation Bureau, told the author that after the registration of individual industrial and commercial households, the business owners were obliged to take the initiative to register the tax registration certificate with the industry and Commerce Department.

Zhang Qin said that there are two main taxes, and the value-added tax is levied by the state tax department. The Inland Revenue Department has to collect the national tax surcharge (divided into urban construction fee, education surcharge) and personal income tax.
