As the leading shoe king of China's leather shoes industry, Kangnai has been green and vigorous for over ten years. There are full-time Party committees and trade union cadres who have been grasping the construction of the Communist Party of China for many years. The Party committee has 9 branches, 157 party members and 18 mobile party members. Over the years, the Party committee has been focusing on building the goal of "vigorous and harmonious enterprises", vigorously strengthening ideological and political education, enterprise culture construction and staff management, so as to promote mutual promotion between enterprise development and Party building. In June 2008, the Party committee of the group was awarded the title of "advanced grass-roots party organization in Zhejiang".
Kangnai's "emotional exchange station" is the most popular media. The station was established in the first half of 2007, and is the work carrier of Kangnai trade union. It is used to solve the mental health problems of over 4000 employees of the group headquarters. The station is appointed by the Secretary of the Party committee as the honorary stationmaster, the deputy secretary and the chairman of the trade union. The members include 9 branch secretaries under the Party committee and 20 trade union members under the trade union. Many of them are workshop directors and team leaders, as well as two heads in charge of the staff quarters. In the past 3 years, while organizing production and operation, they have paid close attention to the mental health of front-line workers. If employees are found to be in a mood swings, they will actively talk with them, and through tips and orders, broaden their minds and help workers solve their mental problems.
Every department and workshop has a difficult problem that can not be solved, which will be reflected in the "emotional exchange station". The leaders of the Party committee and the trade union personally come forward to assist in mediation. In the past 3 years, the "emotional exchange station" has solved the ideological problems for more than 100 employees who have puzzled their minds, involving love, family, work, education, and other aspects. Trade unions also provide financial aid to some of the employees who are suffering from fire and other unexpected difficulties. In this way, the potential unsafe factors of enterprises are eliminated in time and effectively, and the obstacles of production and operation and civilization construction are cleared up.
With the 80's and 90's "two generations of agriculture" entering the private sector in batches, the management of private enterprises is quite different from the previous ones. The growth environment of "the two generation of agriculture" has also undergone tremendous changes with the growth environment of migrant workers after 60 and 70. They are no longer working for "food and clothing". On the other hand, most of them are single children, lacking the necessary frustration education and hardship education. They are very easy to take things to extremes when encountering all kinds of troubles that come suddenly. Like an enterprise recently reported by the media, more than 10 employees have been killed in a series of trips. Even if the employees are wrong, enterprises can not get rid of the relationship. Recently, 25 private enterprises in Wenzhou have openly recruited Party committee secretaries to the whole country, which shows that more and more Wenzhou private enterprises have a new understanding of the role of the Party committee trade union.
