Looking at the three "T" war this summer, the Chinese traditional T-shirt two and the online upstart constitute a three world situation. Their products, promotion and positioning have their own advantages. In the field of T-shirts, which are not very profitable and mainly rely on the design of printing, online sales have become the main way to push everyone's attention.

The wage surge sweeping across the country has become a prelude to the reform of income distribution.

Since July 1st, 10 provinces and municipalities such as Beijing, Shenzhen, Hainan, Henan, Shaanxi and Anhui have officially raised their minimum wage standards. Apart from Shenzhen, the rest of the region has increased by more than 20%, of which the largest increase in Hainan is 31.7%.

Expert analysis, from now on, "wage surge" will affect the operation of labor-intensive enterprises in the short term, but in the long run, this is the driving force for China's economic growth, endogenous industrial structure adjustment and regional structural adjustment.

Since April 1st this year, the monthly minimum wage standard of Shanghai has been adjusted from 960 yuan to 1120 yuan, and the minimum wage standards have been raised everywhere.

According to the National Federation of trade unions, 27 provinces and municipalities will raise the minimum wage this year.

Another way to raise wages is to increase labor costs.

With the complex economic situation at home and abroad, the rising cost of raw materials, the pressure of RMB appreciation and the intensification of trade frictions, the rise of labor costs will undoubtedly bring a certain degree of pressure to labor-intensive enterprises.

According to Citibank's report, the mounting pressure of higher wages has cast a shadow over the profit prospects of most Chinese enterprises, especially in the clothing and textile industries.

The rise in labor costs will also push the economic restructuring.

Mei Xinyu, a researcher at the international trade and Economic Research Institute of the Ministry of Commerce, pointed out that the government, enterprises and society should form a consensus. The original mode based on low-cost labor force must be reformed.

Zhang Yansheng, director of the Foreign Economic Research Institute of the development and Reform Commission, also pointed out that China's economic growth engine will be pformed from exports to domestic demand, and enterprises should also pform from export to domestic expansion.
