In order to keep the spindle flat and free from bulging, the frequency swing function must be added to the grooved drum motor. In the function setting of frequency converter, swing frequency is an application software specially designed for spindle forming process in textile industry. In order to adapt to various process conditions, such as yarn thickness, paper cylinder shape, slot cylinder track, etc., some special adjustment parameters can be added in the software.

If other frequency converters are used for swing frequency control, it is generally necessary to add controllers and other equipment, which will increase income and the corresponding system will be complex. If a system is more complex and has more nodes, there will be more fault points in the system, and it is easier to generate faults.

When using the Commander SK drive, you don't need to add another controller, just add an option Logic stick, write the control program, and then download it to the drive. The structure is simple and the response speed is fast, thus saving the use cost. Compared with the external controller, it can achieve better control effect.

The Commander SK driver can also add thread break protection in the application program according to the feature that the yarn is easy to break. When the thread on the spindle is detected to be broken, the driver will stop and handle the thread break. In addition, the Commander SK driver is equipped with an RS485 communication interface, which can be connected with the monitoring equipment such as the upper computer to easily realize the remote monitoring of the equipment.
