The budgetary accounts payable are all kinds of funds payable by the administrative institutions in accordance with the regulations in the business activities. They include government funds, administrative fees, fines, confiscation of property, variable prices, no property, variable money, stolen money and stolen goods, and other budgetary funds.

When you receive the budget, you should pay the bank account or cash in cash: the budgetary amount should be paid: when you pay the budget, you should pay the budgetary loan: the bank balance, the balance of the accounts payable, the amount of the outstanding debts.

There should be no balance at the end of the year.
