Peru Levying Provisional Anti-Dumping Duty On Imports Of Footwear Products From China

In March 14, 2009, the Peru state monopoly and protection intellectual property Bureau Commission on dumping and subsidies released its resolution 033-2009/CFD-INDECOPI, and decided to impose a provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of Chinese and CIF shoes or sports shoes whose price is less than or equal to 5.97 US dollars / pairs, with textile materials as upper surfaces and 0.31 pairs of sports shoes.

The resolution came into force on the next day after the second official announcement of the Peru people's official newspaper "Peru Ren Bao".
