After the incident, the police station of the Chancheng ancestral temple police station rushed to the scene and learned that 4 shoe shops were all the same shopkeepers. That night, the police visited many people who witnessed the scene, and took videos of shopping malls to assist in the investigation.
As the case took place in the main commercial district of the city, and the influence was worse, the Chancheng public security sub Bureau quickly dispatched elite police force from the Interpol brigade and the ancestral temple police station to set up a task force to put the case into practice.
The police of the ad hoc group, after a large number of investigations and evidence collection work, promptly identified the case as a suspect led by a gang headed by Joe. At 22 p.m. on October 17th, the ad hoc group was informed that after the hiding place of the gang members, the soldiers were divided into three roads and successfully captured all 8 gang members in the two places. After questioning, 8 suspects confessed to the fact that they had smashed up the shoe shop facilities due to economic disputes. The case is still under further trial.
