Footwear Exports Increased Significantly In Huangdao

The main export products are cloth shoes, indoor shoes, leather shoes and children's shoes, which are mainly exported to the United States, Japan, Korea, Australia, the European Union and other countries and regions.

The number of export shoe manufacturers in Huangdao has always been relatively stable in recent years. The production technology of various enterprises is relatively mature, and the quality level of export footwear is relatively stable.

The main reasons for the substantial increase in the export of footwear products are: first, the demand for shoes in the EU market is still large, and the demand is more than 2 billion per year. At present, the importers of the European Union have not yet found an import country that can completely replace China. Through the mutual benefit of the exporters and importers, the importers are allowed to make profits and digest the cost of the increase in anti-dumping duties. At the same time, most of the enterprises in the jurisdiction have adjusted their export structure, and the export shoes have been greatly improved.

Although the price is slightly less competitive than Zhejiang and Fujian provinces, Huangdao footwear exports still dominate in some major export markets, such as Europe, America and Japan.
