There Are Many Hygienic Problems In Dry Cleaning Units In Hohhot.

In order to ensure the health of workers in dry cleaning industry and reduce the occurrence of occupational diseases, from the end of June, the occupational health supervision department of the Hohhot Municipal Health Bureau conducted a 10 day supervision and inspection of the enterprises, businesses and large hotels that were engaged in clothing dry cleaning operations, and found that there were 4 problems.

These problems include: workers engaged in dry cleaning operations do not wear personal protective equipment; ventilation facilities in workplaces do not meet the air conditioning standard; dry cleaning and water washing do not take isolation measures; employers have never made occupational health checks before and during and after work.

In view of the existing problems, the supervisory staff promptly issued the "on-site supervision record" and "hygiene supervision opinions" to the employers who did not meet the hygienic standard, and ordered them to improve the deadline.
